1. Finding requests and helpers
Discovery reflects open requests, the area and filters you select, and relevant categories, skills and availability. An expired request may be removed from discovery until its owner reconfirms it. A suggestion or community signal is not a promise that someone is available or a guarantee of their Favrs.
2. How to report a concern
Report a conversation in the app or email contact@favr.online. Include the request, profile, message or page reference, what happened and any relevant dates. To report content you believe is illegal, identify its location, explain why you believe it is unlawful, give your name and contact email, and confirm that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Where the law permits a report without identifying you, that exception applies.
Only share evidence necessary to explain the concern. Do not send passwords, login codes or unnecessary identity or banking documents. You can also use email if you do not have an account or cannot sign in.
3. Assessment and action
We use reports and automated checks to identify potential breaches. A check may prevent a submission or flag it for assessment. Authorised reviewers may examine relevant account, booking and conversation records, ask for further information and consider the response of the person concerned. Decisions should reflect the evidence, seriousness, context and effect of the conduct, including whether it is repeated.
Possible actions include a warning, removal or restriction of content, a temporary restriction or account closure. Urgent safety, fraud or legal concerns may require immediate protective action. Reporting a member does not itself cancel a booking, decide a refund or establish that the allegation is true.
4. Decisions and review
We acknowledge reports and communicate the outcome using the contact details or in-app reporting route available. Where we restrict your content or account, we explain the relevant reason, scope and duration, and how to seek review, subject to lawful limits needed to protect people or an investigation. We identify the use of automated decision-making where relevant.
To challenge a decision, email contact@favr.online with the reference, the decision you dispute and any information we should consider. Review requests are free of charge and can be made without signing in. Human review is available for an automated outcome. We assess the request fairly and explain the result.
You retain access to any regulatory complaint, applicable out-of-court dispute procedure or judicial remedy provided by law. Our process does not make AskFavr the final legal judge of a dispute.
5. Confidentiality
We limit access to reports and evidence to people who need them to assess the issue, protect members or meet legal duties. We consider the reporter's safety when communicating a concern to another person. Records may remain restricted after content or account removal where necessary for a dispute, legal obligation or safety matter, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
Following lets you filter already-available requests from selected members. It does not change who is allowed to see a request. Follow alerts respect your selected area and radius, blocks and account restrictions, with a limit of three alerts per followed person in a 24-hour window. Following is not an endorsement or a safety verification.
