1. Platform materials
The AskFavr name, branding, software, designs and original platform materials belong to AskFavr or their respective owners. You may use them as necessary to use the service in accordance with these terms. Do not copy, sell, distribute or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where the law allows it.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of material you upload. You grant AskFavr a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, format, display and transmit that material as necessary to provide the service, moderate it and handle related support or disputes. We may use service providers for those purposes. This permission is limited to operating the service and does not authorise unrelated advertising use of your photograph or endorsement.
The permission lasts while the material is used for those purposes, including any justified retention for an unresolved claim or legal duty. Personal information remains subject to the Privacy Notice and your data protection rights.
3. Respecting other people's rights
Only upload content you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. Do not publish another person's private documents, photographs or personal details without the necessary right to do so. Do not imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
4. Reporting an infringement
Email contact@favr.online with the location of the material, the right you believe is infringed, your relationship to the rights holder and a way to contact you. Explain the concern accurately and include relevant evidence of your authority. We may ask for further information and give the affected member an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Reports and Moderation explains review and complaint options.
5. Geographic boundary data
The Ireland and Luxembourg service-area boundary dataset includes OpenStreetMap contributor data obtained through geoBoundaries (William & Mary). It is available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Attribution and licence information: https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright and https://www.geoboundaries.org. The derived boundary dataset used for the service-area check is available at /api/service-area/boundaries. It is separate from member, booking and payment data, which are not licensed or published through this dataset. Boundary data can contain inaccuracies; contact support if a valid task location is rejected.
