1. Respect other members
Be honest about the task, your skills, availability and the arrangements you agree. Communicate respectfully, arrive as agreed and tell the other person promptly if something changes. Do not discriminate, harass, threaten, exploit or pressure another person. Consent to a task is not consent to unrelated contact or services.
2. Safe and lawful tasks
Only request or offer Favrs that can be carried out lawfully and safely. Helpers must hold any qualification, licence or insurance the Favr requires. Discuss access, equipment, materials and foreseeable risks before agreeing. Stop and seek help if conditions become unsafe.
Do not use AskFavr for illegal activity, sexual services, dangerous or exploitative tasks, stolen goods, money laundering, impersonation or schemes involving the receipt and forwarding of money or goods. Do not request passwords, authentication codes, another person's identity documents or access to accounts you are not entitled to use.
3. Honest participation
Do not create misleading profiles, fabricate bookings or evidence, manipulate feedback, spam members, bypass restrictions or interfere with our systems. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Do not threaten a bad review to obtain a payment or concession.
Keep booking payments in AskFavr and use the conversation to agree important details. Do not pressure someone to bypass payment or safety checks. Treat personal details shared for a task as confidential and use them only for the agreed purpose.
4. Looking after yourself
Read the profile and task details, agree a suitable place and make arrangements you feel comfortable with. Skills are supplied by members. Email, payment and community checks are limited to their stated purpose; they are not a guarantee of competence or safety. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information publicly.
5. Reporting and blocking
Use Report in the conversation or email contact@favr.online to raise a concern. You can follow an in-app report in Settings → Safety and support. Blocking a member limits new interactions. If there is an existing booking or payment, use the cancellation, dispute or support route to address it separately.
Reports and Moderation explains how we assess concerns and review decisions. AskFavr is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
